All domestic first class and priority mail mail shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight of package. This includes USPS packaging and the weight and distance of the order. All orders will be sent via standard first-class shipping (3-5 days), unless customer pays for priority mail or overnight. *This shipping time may or may not be longer due to Covid-19 and/or inclement weather. Customer will receive their tracking number via email once order has been processed. Please keep in mind that processing and shipping are two different things. Payment processing will take 2-3 business days after order is placed. Please allow 1-5 business days (NOT including weekends or holidays) after payment is processed for your retail order to be processed.
You may experience extended processing times for orders that include our handmade body butters and/or custom keychain orders. Especially those orders with more than one custom, made-to-order keychain. Please DO NOT email and harass us about order status. We are a small business but still deserve the same respect as fashion nova and other brands. Please keep in mind that you are not our only customer and that we receive multiple orders a day, worldwide; in addition to providing services and running a vending machine business. Once your order is processed you will receive tracking information via email.
**Wholesale orders have a 5-10 business day processing time.** All Wholesale orders are sent priority mail with a flat rate shipping fee of $13.75.
